However, as the night-sweats seem to be your primary symptom, I would suggest the sage tablets taken with your evening meal.
I would try these for a couple of weeks first; they do usually kick in quickly so if you start to get a better night's sleep then you will feel miles better and may not need anything else.
If however, you still find sleep a problem then you can add in the Dormeasan as well.
Missing periods are usually one of the first signs that you are approaching the menopause but you may find they come and go for a while before stopping for good.
