I've had a condition for about five years. It started in my knees and it took about 18 months for the hospital to tell me what I had. I have good days when I'm in little pain and other days when I'm in loads of pain and I can't move. I have had some mental health problems as well and I was on tablets. I'm now a million times better but I've put on a lot of weight because of all the tablets I was on. I've given up smoking for about two years. I've started a slim fast diet and I'm trying to do a little excise but I'm in lots of pain afterwards. Is there any foods or excise that I can try that is not going to cause me pain?
