Hello Raymond Frozen shoulder often improves with rest and a mild anti-inflammatory such as our Atrosan tablets but sometimes needs something stronger such as prednisone steroids from the doctor. Which one you’ll need depends on the severity.

I have been suffering from pain as a result of a prolapsed disc for almost 38 years ,and I exercised regularly so as to manage the pain .Also I found that diet played an important role in pain management .I am on Homoepathic medication which I take only during intense pain.Somehow I found that regular exercise which I do twice a day for almost 25 years (as advised by Doctors)and faith in Jesus my Saviour really keep me going.

I've been suffering fom chronic pancreatitis for 9yrs and i'm always in and out of hospital. About 3mths ago i began having joint pains in my knuckles/fingers, knees, feet/toes. Now i'm getting pain in my muscles all over my body, especially my neck/shoulders, insides of my arms n wrists n calves/shins in my leg and also my heels. Its now very difficult to move about or walk etc. Could the chronic pancreatitis and now the joint/muscle pain be related?

Hello Nadine Many people who suffer inflammation in one place will find they are susceptible to wider spread inflammatory problems as time goes by. I presume you are on something like prednisolone tablets and while we can’t offer anything as strong as that, you can add to such medicines effect by applying our Atrogel to the worst affected areas. For the benefit of your pancreas and digestion, please consider trying our Herbal Bitter mix called Yarrow complex. Some of the ingredients are extremely bitter and can improve pancreatic function as a result, without affecting medication. If you try the product, it should be taken 5-10 minutes before eating and held in the mouth for a short time to fully stimulate the tongue’s bitter receptors.
