Does that drink work? It is certainly full of ingredients that are meant to help with sleep. Although it is a good recipe, I think I would try a herbal remedy as well, as they are likely to be stronger. Our sleep remedy, Dormesan, is a liquid so you just put 30 drops in a little water and drink it 30 minutes before bed.
Also, make sure you are not eating too late in the evening and a short walk before bed might also help with the issues you describe.
