These delicious burgers prove that eating healthy doesn’t have to mean giving up your favourite comfort foods. At just 209kcals, these tasty burgers are packed full of nutritious veg like carrots and beetroot, as well as quinoa to provide slow-releasing energy. They’re also really quick and easy to make – perfect after a long day!
1. Mix the ground seeds together with the water until the form a paste.
2. Mix together all of the vegetables in a bowl, add the quinoa, flaxseed mixture, Herbamare, black pepper and fresh herbs.
Shape into patties.
3. Add the oil to a pan under a medium heat and add the veggie burgers.
Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
