Read some of our customer ratingsFitness Mix seeds produce sprouts which complement light meals at any time of the year. The subtle, mildly piquant taste gives a distinctive flavour to salads, light and full-bodied meals as well as many other dishes.
Fitness Mix sprouts are an excellent source of vital nutrients and contribute to healthy, balanced nutrition. Sprouted wheat contains large amounts of chlorophyll, vitamin E and many other nutrients.
Before sowing, rinse thoroughly in fresh water. For best results, sow seeds thinly. Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 2 to 3 tablespoons of seeds
Temperature: 18 – 22oC
Water: Twice daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 5 days
Ingredients: Organically grown white radish, mung bean and wheat seeds.
