Homemade Congee - serves 4-6 people

Ingredients
- 1 cup of jasmine or long grain white rice
- Flavourings - I used frozen ground garlic and fresh ginger, grated.
- Spring onions and soy sauce or desired seasonings for after cooking.
Method
- Rinse the rice and add to a pot.
- Add 8-10 cups of water.
- Cook for 45-50 minutes until soft and at desired consistency.
- Add toppings and serve.
