Garlic, Lemon & Parmesan Sprouts - serves 4-6

Ingredients
- 500g Brussel sprouts
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 4 garlic cloves peeled and bashed with the base of a knife
- Garlic & herb granules – 1tbsp approx.
- Zest of one lemon
- Parmesan – pre-grated for a finer grating, or grate fresh for crispier chunks.
- Seasoning – simple salt and pepper or my preference for this recipe, Herbamare Spicy Sea Salt
Method
- Parboil the Brussels first for 5-10 minutes if you prefer a softer finish. If you’re short on time (me) or like them al dente, put them straight into the roasting tin.
- Drizzle with the EVOO, garlic cloves and granules, lemon zest, parmesan and seasoning.
- Pop in the oven or air fryer for 30-40minutes, shaking half way through, until soft to bite, and nicely coloured and crips on the outside.
