Homemade Crsipy Veggie Skins - serving size is variable

Ingredients
- Potato, carrot, parnsip or beeroot peelings from your latest meal - keep them in cold water to stop discolouration.
- Oil of choice, I'd saved some chicken fat, combined with EVOO.
- Seasoning mix - I went with a combination of garlic granules, onion granules, turmeric, oregano and Herbamare Spicy.
- Cajun mayo - cajun spice mix mixed through your mayo of choice.
Method
- Mix the peelings with your oil and spice mix, Airfry or oven cook until lightly brown and crispy. Enjoy with a dip or on their own!
