I think I might have just created my new favourite dessert. This is a version of my Chocolate Skin Glow Mousse from Book 2 and it is made with the cleanest ingredients! It took me just 5 minutes in the kitchen and it tastes INCREDIBLE. Nutella fans – this is for you!
1. Add all ingredients (except the toppings) into a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until nice and smooth, adding a little more coconut milk until it reaches mousse-like consistency.
2. Spoon the mousse into four bowls or one large serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle topping ingredients over the mousse and serve.
This mousse keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days so can be made in advance if you like.
I hope you give this delicious healthy nutella mousse a try! And if you do, be sure to tag the picture #AVogelRecipes on Pinterest so we can see :)
Coconut milk is naturally rich in a component called lauric acid. This component is an effective barrier against many viruses and infections, as it has anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. It has been found to help balance cholesterol in the bloodstream, by raising levels of good cholesterol and lowering levels of bad cholesterol.
