Pink Beetroot Houmous

Earthy, zingy and pink. This delicious houmous makes a vibrant change from the original recipe. Full of vitamins and minerals and packed with powerful antioxidants, beetroot not only makes this houmous look and taste great, it also makes it wonderfully good for you!


Pink Beetroot Houmous

  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 2 cooked beetroot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
  • Generous pinch of sea salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

How to make Pink Beetroot Houmous

1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

2. Roughly chop the beetroot.

3. Add all ingredients into blender and blitz.
