A head cold will normally last between 5 and 7 days without any treatment.
Research has shown that Echinacea can shorten the length of your cold so you may wish to consider using this.
If your head cold leads to complications such as blocked ears or sinuses, then you might find that your symptoms linger a bit longer and you may need additional treatment.
This however, is not usual, and symptoms might include facial pain, headaches, difficulty hearing or pain in your ears.
If you experience fever or find that your symptoms persist beyond 7 days, please seek help from your doctors.
