Your symptoms can happen in the menopause, and you are just below the average age of 45-55, so it is possible.
However, your symptoms could be caused by other factors such as low iron, low thyroid, or low vitamin D so it is best to get this checked out by your doctor as well.
They can test for these just to rule them out. They may also be able to test your hormone levels, which would give you a better idea if you are on your way!
