Nausea is quite common in the menopause. Fluctuating hormones are often to blame (just like in pregnancy!). You may find taking a phyto-oestrogen such as Menopause Support helpful as this is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen.
Nausea in the morning can also indicate low blood sugar levels which can get more pronounced in the menopause so you may find having a good snack before bed helps, just make sure that it is more protein based such as nuts and seeds, unsweetened yogurt, oatcake and cheese - high salt and sugar foods at this time may make it worse.
Dehydration can also be a contributory factor so make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water throughout the day and try to avoid too much tea or coffee.
However, if this gets worse it is best to get it checked out by your doctor as well.
