If you have a total hysterectomy then you are usually plunged straight into the menopause. If you have a hysterectomy but your ovaries were left then you tend to have the menopause at roughly the same time as you would have done had you not had the hysterectomy.
If you have a hysterectomy and you are through the menopause there is unlikely to be any change.
