Can you go through the menopause more than once?

No, it would be impossible to go through a natural menopause twice.

Once you are through the menopause, your hormonal levels will have fallen and there would be no natural means for them to rise again.

However, taking HRT would raise your hormone levels and when you stop this you can often experience menopause-like symptoms until your body rebalances, so it can give the appearance of a second menopause.
