Yes you can lose weight in the menopause but it often requires completely overhauling your diet. Many menopausal women find that they become much more sensitive to carbs and sugars, so looking at diets such as The Paleo Diet or reducing your intake of wheat, processed cereals and high sugar foods may be an idea.
