I have always had regular periods until the last 3 months. Two came 21 days apart. The last one came after 10 days. It was really heavy and the other two very light. Could I be going through the menopause? I am 46.

Irregular/missing periods are often one of the first symptoms of the approach to the menopause and you are in the usual age range (45-55) so it is possible.

Best thing to do is see your doctor, they can test your hormone levels and that will give you a better idea of what is happening.
