Nausea is a common symptom in the menopause and can often be caused by fluctuating oestrogen so you may find Menopause Support helpful. This is traditionally used to help gently raise and balance oestrogen.
However, nausea can be caused by other factors such as low blood sugars or dehydration so do make sure that you are eating a good diet, with healthy snacks between meals and drink plenty of plain water as well as your other drinks.
Acupuncture may be helpful for this as well so worth looking into.
