Have you had your blood pressure checked? Raised blood pressure can cause anxiety, panicky feelings and headaches. You may also find that increasing your water intake is helpful - drink at least 1.5 litres of still, plain water daily, keeping it at least 20 minutes away from food to avoid bloating. Cut down (or out!) on caffeine, e.g. coffee, ordinary tea, and fizzy drinks.
Headaches and anxiety can also be triggered by falling oestrogen levels in the menopause, so if your blood pressure is ok and you don't improve with better hydration, you may want to try a gentle natural oestrogen such as Menopause Support
