Yes, Geographic Tongue can appear in the menopause.
This can be caused by a variety of factors but during the menopause the body is extra stressed by all the hormonal changes and this can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiency, which in turn can affect the tongue.
You may find a high strength vitamin and mineral supplement helpful for this and I would also suggest a probiotic supplement as low friendly bacteria in the gut can be a contributory factor as well.
