It is usually possible to tell when the menopausal process is happening, even without a womb and ovaries, because some hormones are still made elsewhere - not much, but a small amount.
You will therefore find that at some point you start experiencing very mild menopausal symptoms (I can't predict what they will be because every woman is different).
The healthier you are, and the more you look after your body, the less obvious these symptoms will be.
