background

I have been having menopause symptoms since I was about 42 years old. I'm now 44 and I feel like I'm going off my head with all the changes going on in my life. My GP has now referred me to gynocology, which I am very glad about. I hate the way that I am so unhappy about my life. I have tried herbal remedies and some prescribed medications but nothing seems to work. Will this change at some point as it is making my life a misery.

You won’t get the menopause the minute you turn 50! The average starting age is actually between 45 and 55 and it can often depend on a number of factors including hereditary, weight and health, however every single woman will have an individual menopause.
