These are all common symptoms of the menopause and are mainly due to falling oestrogen.
You may find Menopause Support helpful as this is traditionally used for gently raising and balancing oestrogen levels, it does take a few weeks to kick in though.
Magnesium can be very helpful for cramps and menopause headaches; I would suggest 200mg of magnesium citrate twice a day with food.
Dehydration can make all these symptoms worse so do make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water every day and try to avoid caffeine, and high salt and sugar foods too.
Stress can also be an issue so try to get 30 minutes of relaxation every day - this is great for so many menopause symptoms!
