The important thing in the menopause is to support the body as much as possible at this time so looking after yourself well is the key.
As you are not really getting any major symptoms, I would suggest a good female multi-vitamin with extra magnesium.
Make sure that you have a good, varied diet. Drink plenty of plain water, and have a sensible exercise regime and as as little stress as possible
