I am a 47 year old woman. in good health - I practice yoga, I am a strict vegetarian, and I am a normal weight. I still have regular periods, every 25-28 days now. I think I am approaching the menopause, or going through it. My symptoms are as follows; I have extremely achy hip joints that sting between ovulation and the end of my period; I am experiencing some facial skin irritation that fluctuates with my cycle, and I have extreme fatigue prior to ovulation. I have tried several homeopathic remedies and various complimentary therapies. Although they help a little, making things bearable, I would really like to find something that stops the pain and discomfort, and the skin irritation under my nose. It feels like eczema - I have never had exczema in my life until now. Any advice?
