Lowering oestrogen can have an effect on libido in some women but others find that it increases.
If you do feel that your libido is falling, you could look at herbs such as Maca as this is traditionally used for libido, fatigue and low mood and can be quite effective.
However; lifestyle, poor diet, and stress can all impact on libido too, so make sure that you are having a healthy diet with plenty of water and keep stress to a minimum if possible.
