Is fibromyalgia common in patients with Wegners Granulomatosis?
It is not a common symptom but, due to the limiting of oxygen delivery to various tissues and organs as the disease progresses, it may come to have similarities with fibromyalgia.
This is because the pain of fibromyalgia is often caused by slight lack of oxygen supply to parts of the body.
