When I breathe in or go to run I get short of breath and lot of pain in my ribs. What is this?

There are many causes of chest pain, from soft tissue damage, heart arrhythmia (don't worry, most are benign) to inflammation of the sac around the lungs and I'd need to ask you to visit the doctors first so we can establish our starting point.
