Avena sativa herb contains a number of plant chemicals including a substance known as gramine. The amount of these plant substances is highest just as the Avena sativa plant is about to break into flower and the seeds begin to form. We use freshly harvested, organically grown Avena sativa to produce this tincture.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 drops 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Seek professional advice before using if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision or suffer from food allergies.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Tincture of organically grown fresh aerial parts of Avena sativa (oats), extracted in alcohol (51%V/V).

“I have used Avena Sativa for many years. It’s a great natural product made from the Oat plant. It gives you a restful night’s sleep, as it clears your head, and can be calming during the day. Years ago, following professional advice, I used it with my three year old son, who was still waking up at 02.15 every night. I gave him one child’s dose at bedtime. He said it tasted like liquorice, and called it his liquorice drink. The improvement was instant, and he slept through from then on.”
