Menopause Support is a herbal dietary supplement containing soy isoflavones, magnesium and hibiscus extract for all stages of the menopause.
Menopause Support can be used to help you through all stages of the menopause.
Menopause Support contains magnesium. Magnesium supports the nervous system in times of need and also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
If hot flushes, excessive sweating or night sweats are your main menopausal symptoms, you might like to consider using Menoforce® Sage Tablets - a licensed herbal remedy traditionally used to relieve menopausal hot flushes and night sweats.
Please note our Menopause Support 30 tablets are packaged in blister packs, whereas our Menopause Support 60 tablets are packaged in a bottle.
Directions: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food.
This product is not suitable for children.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

Menopause Support is a herbal food (dietary) supplement.
Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones) and 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium oxide.
Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicon dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba.
GM free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
1 tablet contains 56.5 mg magnesium.
2 tablets provides 30% of adult NRV*

As with all food supplements, stomach upsets or nausea can sometimes occur, although not everyone will experience these symptoms.
Some people may also be allergic to the ingredients of Menopause Support and if this happens, reactions may appear as a skin rash.
These reactions are usually short-lived and if present, should go away by themselves without the need of any treatment. However, if they are troubling you, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
1. What is the difference between Menoforce® Sage tablets and Menopause Support?
Menopause Support is a herbal food supplement providing nutritional supplementation for all stages of the menopause. It contains a group of substances known as isoflavones known to have phyto-oestrogenic activity in the body.
Menoforce® Sage tablets is a licensed herbal medicine formulated specifically for the symptoms of menopausal hot flushes and sweats.
2. Can I take both of these products together?
Yes, you can. Menopause Support can be taken as a general daily supplement and you can add Menoforce® Sage tablets if hot flushes and menopausal sweats are especially troublesome.
3. How long will it be before I see a difference? How long can I take Menopause Support for?
Most women find that it takes up to 2 months to feel the full benefits. You can continue using Menopause Support for as long as you need to.
4. Who should NOT take Menopause Support?
Do not take alongside hormonal contraceptives and seek professional advice before using if you are under medical supervision.
5. Can I use Menopause Support with HRT?
Menopause Support can be taken alongside HRT, but please be aware that the isoflavone content is a source of phytoestrogens. If your HRT is not currently addressing your symptoms, it is best to talk it over with your doctor.
6. Why can’t I use Menopause Support with hormonal contraceptives?
Soy isoflavones work as phyto-oestrogens and there is a theoretical risk that they may interfere with the way hormonal contraceptives work, making them less reliable.
