Sprouts from organically produced broccoli seeds

Broccoli sprouts contain a naturally-occurring compound called sulforaphane glucosinolate, which has, according to research an antioxidant action which is helpful in maintaing a healthy circulatory system. As well as being nutritionally beneficial they have a fresh taste and make an interesting addition to salads and other dishes.

“These sprouted well and were OK. I didn't enjoy the taste as much as the Little Radish or Mung Bean sprouts and I like my sprouts with a little more texture.”
