It could be, as palpitations, nausea, and headaches can all be part of the menopause picture.
However, severe headaches that last for more than a short while should always be checked by the doctor, so get an appointment and a diagnosis from them before pursuing any other avenues.
If you can't get an appointment today then I'd suggest going to A&E to be on the safe side - headaches shouldn't be constant.
