Firstly, do try to come off as slowly as you can, if you stop too quickly this can result in withdrawal symptoms such as flushes, aches etc.
Once you start to come off, if you get any symptoms then it is best to treat them individually. I would also recommend a high strength female multivit and extra magnesium, coming off HRT stresses your adrenal system which can also give symptoms so the better you are able to support the body generally the better.
Make sure, too, that you have a good healthy diet, sensible exercise and also daily relaxation.
Acupuncture can often be really good for helping with coming off HRT so worth looking into.
