Some women do experience these symptoms on the approach to the menopause and they can often be caused by fluctuating levels of oestrogen.
You may find Menopause Support helpful as this is traditionally used at this time to help gently raise and balance oestrogen which in turn may help to ease the symptoms.
However, dizziness and shaking can be caused by other factors such as low iron or low thyroid so it is a good idea to get this checked out by your doctor as well.
