The nervous (adrenal) system often causes flushes/sweats in the menopause so in this case the actual movement of the body may be enough to cause the adrenal system to trigger a flush.
You may find taking a magnesium citrate supplement in the evening calms this down.
Other remedies that may help would be Avena sativa or Passiflora Complex, these are both traditionally used to reduce stress and relax the body.
