It does sound as if you are approaching the menopause, but it is a good idea to see your doctor. They can do a simple test to see where your hormone levels are and that will give you a better idea of what is happening. Some women do find that cutting out dairy along with caffeine and high salt and sugar foods helps to reduce their symptoms. You may also find taking a magnesium supplement or using a magnesium skin spray with the sage before bed beneficial too.
