Joint pain is a very common symptom during the menopause and it is often caused by lowering levels of oestrogen, causing dehydration in the joints which then result in pain and inflammation.
You could try Devils Claw for this and a fish oil supplement, but it is very important to drink pleny of plain water as well - coffee, tea, fizzy/sugar drinks, and juices don't count!
