This is very common in the menopause and is often caused by falling oestrogen levels.
However, low iron and low thyroid often appear at this time as well and can cause similar symptoms so it is best to get this checked by your doctor.
In the meantime you may find a good natural tonic helpful, ask at your local health shop for a good one.
Magnesium is very important at this time, it is needed for mood, relaxation and sleep so taking a supplement every day may be beneficial as well.
