If you are still having regular periods then it is theoretically possible to get pregnant, your doctor may be able to test your hormone levels and that would give you a better idea of what is happening.

Flushes can be caused by other factors such as stress so do check your stress levels. The average age of the menopause is 45-55 but some women do start earlier, especially if other close female relatives started around that age.
