I've put on 2 lb over a year, I'm very carefull with what I eat. Friends say I'm not eating enough. I have ceral for breakfast, A slice of cold brown toast about 11am, Cuppa and maybe 3 biscuits about 5.30, a piece of chicken about 7, them maybe 2 oranges. So I'm not eating too much, I'm 60 next March. 5 ft 5 inch and my weight is 9 st 2 lb. I'm frightend of putting more on. Could it be the menopause?
