Yes, these are all common symptoms as you approach the menopause.
If you are only experiencing them occasionally, it could just be stress triggering them but it might be a good idea to note when you get the flushes, and that could give you a clue as to what is causing them.
Breast pain/discomfort can often be eased with a kelp supplement.
Dehydration can be a contributory factor so just make sure that you are drinking plenty of plain water everyday - tea, coffee, fizzy drinks don't count!
