If your ovaries were left then normally you would have the menopause at roughly the same time you would have done had you not had the operation - if that makes sense!
You are in the average age range of 45-55 so it is possible. The symptoms you are experiencing are all common menopause ones however, low iron, low thyroid, and low vitamin D can all appear at this age and cause very similar symptoms so it is advisable to ask your doctor to test for these to rule them out.
If it is the menopause then I would suggest a good female multi-vitamin with extra magnesium, sage for the flushes, and a liver support to help with the itchy skin.
