I have been taking sage for about 5 months now, in order to ease my hot flushes and night-sweats. It took about 5-6 weeks before I started to notice an improvement, but now my hot flushes and night-sweats are slowly returning. Is this because my body is now used to the sage? Or, maybe my hormone levels are changing? What would you recommend? Should I continue with the sage or try something different?
