    I have this problem for sometime and presently on PPI which apparently has frightening side effects but doctor says dont worry about this as he takes himself. Must try your product.

      Hi Ray, Firstly, please don't worry as this is not good for your digestion! Secondly, most medications have some risks attached but for many people the risks are outweighed by the benefits - maybe this is the case for your doctor. You could talk to him about the relative risks in your case, and also about the possibility of trying natural remedies first in order to see if they help you without the risks that are worrying you.     I have realy bad pain in my chest before and after i eat i also have ibs i wondered how to get rid of pain

      Hi Beverley, The first step is to check with your doctor to identify the root of the problem. It sounds like an acid issue but there are various possibilities, and it's important to know exactly what is going on (e.g. the state of your oesophageal sphincter) before going into any treatment.       Hi Dwayne, depending on the likely cause of your symptoms, a multidisciplinary approach may be required for managing acid reflux. As you can read on our pages above, it is important to consider what you are eating, but also eating habits. Next, bitter herbs can be very useful when taken daily before meals, and Silicol Gel may come in useful for instances of flare ups.
