Pain in shoulders is usually from gas. I get gas often from ibs and it results in pain in or around my ribs and in shoulders

Hi Regine, Getting a regular bowel movement - preferably twice daily - will help a great deal with abdominal discomfort that radiates around the rest of the body. Drink plenty of water and chew your food well, avoiding too much wheat and any refined products and caffeine until your bowel is moving well. Best Wishes, Ali
