Hi Ali I found your article fantastic to read. I have suffered IBS since the age of 14 and I'm now 53. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Diverticula disease bit fortunately only had 1 flare up. I can honestly say though my diet is appalling as I do not know what to eat due to suffering from both conditions. Some help and advice would be much appreciated especially as I'm in the menopause which has exasperated both conditions.

Hello this is a really tricky question as everyone is very individual. It may be worth keeping a diary by eliminating or incorporating categories of food, one at a time, to see how your gut responds. You may have a list already and this is one way to help manage potential triggers. If you need further assistance let me know.
