I have a dry, irritated sore mouth. My Cheeks burn. I think these are menopause symptoms.

Hi Lisa Some people find a zinc supplement 15mg can help with a sore mouth and you could add in a Sea Buckthorn Capsule for the dryness. Skin gets a lot more sensitive in the menopause so just check that the soap/face creams etc don't contain a lot of chemicals, sometimes using natural or organic products can make a difference.

Hi Wendy Hopefully the tips above will help but do check with your doctor as well especially if it is affecting your swallowing.

Hi Angela A dry mouth is often associated with hormonal changes in the menopause. If you had a total hysterectomy with your ovaries removed this can cause a sudden hormonal fall which could result in such symptoms. You may find a Sea Buckthorn Oil Capsule can help with this, it is often recommended for dry mouth.
