    Hi im going through the menopause and havent had a period for about 8months but am having hot flushes but the last 3 weeks my belly has bloated up really bad plus weeing a lot aswell..this is really getting me down is there anythink you can recommend me taking its making me really miserable??

    Hi, I am in menopause, I am 47 and for the last week been very bloated, have been doing lots of exercise to try to lose weight before hand, but have stopped as stomach bloated and I feel like I am going to have a period? Any advise
