Hi Eileen I think I'm going through my menopause but not sure had hot a cold sweats for the last year and more sweats if a night. I've been taking these pills for the last few years to control my periods as I lose to much blood. And due to having 3 abnormal smear tests the hospital as told me to stop talking them as they could be interfering with my menopause. I stopped taking them in Jan and had a period just after. But now I'm 13 days late. Is this normal. As I know I'm not pregnant as my husband was done 20yrs ago.

Hi Lisa, Yes, it's perfectly normal to have a very erratic cycle during the initial stages of the menopause, especially if you were taking hormonal tablets recently. Best Wishes, Eileen

Hi. I am officially in menopause and still have many symptoms so I am interested in your product. However, I am confused about the hibiscus ingredient. It makes sense that when you are in menopause your estrogen levels are very low. I have read that hibiscus lowers your estrogen levels so why would it be good for someone like me who is in menopause. Thanks for any help you can share about hibiscus.

Hi Mary We use the Hibiscus as it is known as a blood pressure regulator and we know that blood pressure problems can be very common at this time. As far as we are aware there is no traditional use or detailed modern research for Hibiscus as a hormonal aid. Whilst formulating this product we had the support of a top expert in plant oestrogens so we are happy to follow her advice regarding the use of this herb.
